Pricing Information
The sales prices indicated on www.ochowear.com and its subdomains are shown in euros. VAT is included in these prices, but shipping costs are not included. Shipping costs are the User's responsibility and will be added to the total price of the selected products. You will be informed of these costs before confirming your order and completing the purchase process. Ocho reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The prices and offers presented on www.ochowear.com are only valid for orders placed through www.ochowear.com, and may not be the same as those offered on other ochowear stores or platforms in Spain.

To place an order, you must log in to www.ochowear.com and register as a user by completing the electronic form and following the instructions at each step. After registering, you can proceed with the purchase of your product(s).
Product availability
Please note that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. By accessing www.ochowear.com, you can check the current availability of each of the products we offer in our online store, distinguishing between:
Available: Item with stock available within the timeframes defined in point 7 (Order Processing and Delivery)
Available upon request.

Pre-release: You can place your order online to have your reservation sent to the address indicated on the day of the release.
Payment methods

Once you've validated all the information about your purchase (items, shipping methods, delivery and billing addresses), a new page will appear for you to choose which payment method you wish to use and enter your details.
If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged deferred (except for Maestro cards), that is, at the time of shipping. This way, only items actually shipped will be charged.
Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside of Spain.
Ocho wear reserves the right to decline any credit card transaction. In this case, we will refund the cash to the original card. In these cases, and if the customer is interested in continuing with the purchase, we will request a bank transfer.

When making the transfer, you must indicate the following fields: Order number – First and last name of the person registered on the site and making the purchase.
Once your order has been placed, you have a maximum of 4 days from the date of confirmation to arrange a bank transfer. After this period, if payment has not been received, we will cancel the purchase.
The purchase is not considered complete until there is proof of the transfer.
Shipping Costs
Delivery costs depend on the product category or the type of delivery chosen. Products are delivered directly to the home or delivery address indicated by the customer, under the conditions set out below, through the Tourline Express courier agency.
Delivery costs consist of a base value per order or delivery.
If your order consists of products in different classes, the total value of the delivery costs will be the highest value of these classes.

Base cost
The base cost represents a fixed value per item class. The rate applied to each of the defined product classes is:
Class 1 – Products of normal size and weight (up to 5kg)
Class 2 – Products of large dimensions and weight (+ 5kg)

Order status:
Pending authorization – The purchase is still waiting to be registered in our database. Open – The purchase is already registered in our database and is waiting to be processed by our Logistics Center.
Picking – The purchase is now registered and identified in our database, and the order preparation process has begun.
Invoiced – The purchase is now registered and identified in our database. It has been prepared, invoiced, and shipped to the address indicated as the delivery destination.
Processing and Delivery of the order.
Shipping is only done to destinations in mainland Spain. Sales of products from www.ochowear.com are not available to the Balearic and Canary Islands.
The estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours from the day after order payment confirmation. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Express shipping is also available, with delivery within 24 hours, starting the day after order payment is confirmed. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Products are delivered in secure packaging. If external damage is detected on the product packaging, the customer must detail this fact on the receipt signed by the carrier and immediately contact our Customer Service line at www.ochowear.com or by calling 679.25.18.86. A delivery receipt without any damage indicates a product with perfect packaging. Likewise, if damage is detected on the product after opening the package and the packaging is in perfect condition, the customer has 24 hours from receipt to contact our Customer Service line at www.ochowear.com.
If you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left with a phone number so you can contact us to arrange a new delivery attempt. If the customer has not agreed on a new delivery date within 3 business days of the first delivery attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Warranty
Ocho wear represents and warrants that it may sell products from its Web Portal www.ochowear.com
Ocho wear represents and warrants that its Internet platforms are technically prepared for the sale of products and services.
The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery of the product. This does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse or improper handling, improper installation not carried out by authorized technical services, where applicable, or materials that are worn due to use.
Ocho wear reserves the right to request an official Ocho wear technical service to verify the origin of the problem. If the defect is due to a cause beyond its control, the repair will be chargeable. In cases that justify the warranty, the option will be repair, replacement of the item, a discount, or a refund, under the legally established terms.
Returns
Unsatisfactory Purchase – You have 15 calendar days to return your purchase. To do so, please contact our Customer Service at www.ochowear.com to learn how to proceed with the return.
Note: Never send the corresponding item to return to Ocho without first contacting our Customer Service.
Collection costs will be borne by the customer (the amount of collection costs borne by the customer for returns of unsatisfactory product purchases will be the same as the initial delivery fees for the purchase).
Return Conditions:
1. Items with no signs of use.
2.Return with all its components, accessories, instruction manuals and original packaging.
3.Return Period: Up to the 15th consecutive day, starting from the day on which the delivery is made. Return Exceptions

This right of return is recognized in addition to the legally established rights for consumers and users under current legislation, in the event of a lack of compliance with the contract.

Returns for damage to goods during transport. The deadline to file a claim for damage to goods will be 24 hours from the date of delivery if the damage is not visible externally at the time of delivery.
